Wm. L. Gilbert Clock Co. mantel clock, “Capitol Set-45”, ca 1904. They made several models in this Set, and the models could be ordered with differing accessories, alarms, gongs, wire bells, etc. This model originally had an alarm movement and alarm ring in the dial, now both are missing. The case, glass, dial, and movement are all original and in working order. One good thing the clock has going for itself is Gilbert’s special pendulum with female picture.
